The Undertaker motorcycle trailing system uses your 2" receiver hitch and is pretty reasonably priced at a little more than 300 bucks. Looks to be a nice to have for bike breakdowns, as long as your breakdown is not a flat rear tire. The Undertaker lifts the front wheel of the bike off the ground while leaving the rear wheel to trail behind.
I'm not sure I'd want to go towing something a long distance in this manner, but getting a bike home from a breakdown this thing appears to make even the biggest bike a one person loading operation. But most of all I really dig the coffin storage container.
